AÇAÍ BOWL


One of my favorite type of meal during summer is the Açaí bowl, it's super easy to make, very refreshing and full of nutrients and vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen Açaí pulps (I use Sambazon organic frozen Açaí pulp)

  • 1 frozen organic banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen organic blueberries

Instructions:

Blend these 3 ingredients in a food processor, add a splash of plant milk if needed. The consistency should be creamy, similar to an ice cream. Serve it in a bowl and add toppings of your choices.

Toppings:

  1. The fun part is adding your favorite T R E A T S .

  2. Frozen fruits: I like to add more frozen blueberries, you can use strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, in general, any type of berry works well with the Açaí smoothie bowl.

  3. Second fruit: If I have more fruits on hand, I like to add slices of pear, peach, papaya, apple or banana.

  4. Nuts: Nuts or any nut of your choice.

  5. Seeds: Whatever you prefer, I like chia seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, you can also add flax seeds.

  6. Nut butter: I like cashew butter, of course, peanut butter combines perfectly with it the Açaí bowl. Almond butter, pistachio butter, hazelnut butter, macadamia butter, there are a lot of delish nut butters to explore.

  7. Granola is a key ingredient in this beautiful meal, and if you can make it at home is even better!

  8. I didn't have raw Cacao Nibs, if you have, add it too, is the bomb!
